[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Underwear with the protection of a diaper, crazy stuff but I tested one of the pair with some water and it was absorbed before it could leak past the underwear. It has a pleasant smell when first removed from the pack and when testing the elasticity, it felt extremely strong. I have no doubts that it can last a very long time before needing to be either replaced or thrown away. Based on the design, it does look like it is meant to be used as regular underwear until you deal with an accidental number one or two - this I haven’t tested but based on the water test, it does seem like it would prevent any damage to pants or anything you may be wearing underneath the Depend underwear. The only reason it doesn’t receive a 5 is because I am a little heavier, and they felt a little tight based on the sizing, but overall comfortable.

The package was well designed and somewhat attractive. I was very impressed with the fit and look of the product. It was very absurbant and held up well to pulling and tugging while getting dressed. This is an excellent product that I intend to purchase and use whenever needed. This is something you can use and not have to worry what someone else might think. It is a very good product that I highly recommend and which I plan to buy and use myself.

I bought these for my 83 yr. old father who is recovering from colon/rectal cancer/surgery. The fit is superior especially on the legs.....no leakage anywhere! Other brands were too large in the legs. Since my father is hypersensitive to how things feel against his skin.....the real fit feels like a soft cotton. I'm not sure he knew the difference! : ) Since he is recovering from surgery and has an ostomy....I took a pair of scissors and cut 2/3 of the waistband off (no raveling) so it would fit under his stoma and incisions. Trimming the band added a looser fit which he needs temporarily. The only suggestions I would have is to reinforce the side seams. I had to discard several pairs because the sides tore when trying to pull them up like a regular pair of briefs. He discovered if you hold the briefs on the front and back panels while pulling them up....you won't rip the sides out from stretching them out. The price is too high for most retired people to afford.....we would love to keep using them but will have to go back to a cheaper brand eventually after he gets over the surgery. Maybe lowering the costs of the packaging and selling it in larger quantities per package might help lower the cost to the consumer. As of right now, I've been able to afford them by using a coupon and catching them on sale. These briefs are wonderful....no leaks, no mess, and comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was, rather confused, since I was expecting brief underwear, but tried them on at night in bed. Fit comfortably. Tested one with water for absorbency, and it passed the test . Material is not very strong, so I don’t think that they are durable, but for its purpose , I don’t think they need to be.

Elastic edge holding absorbent pad inside was coming loose before the end of the day, causing it to bunch up it spots, rear was bunching up into a narrow wad after a few hours, I bought them for rear protection, they are useless for that purpose, front pad goes all the way up to the front of the waistband, bad design, urine flows downhill, more padding up high at the front than at the crotch where gravity would naturally cause it to collect, total waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these depends from influenster in exchange for my honest opinion and although they have the comfort and wear down I would love it if they would work on the maximum absorbancy promise that they have on the bag. First and foremost these are probably the most comfortable I've ever felt in any incontinence underwear product that I have ever purchased anchoring this with the easy slide on and slide off of these products and I would give this a 5/5 just based on comfort and ease alone. However it mentions that this product has maximum absorbancy and its great for more lighter leak days but if you have heavier spills and leaks you better hope that you are as close to the bathroom as possible in order to avoid spillage. Now the other positive I will say is that odor reduction perfection you don't smell any leaks or urine scent throughout your usage of this product and I would like to mention how fantastic and comfortable it feels on the skin compared to other incontinence products. all in all, I like everything about this product fit, comfortability, odor protection, and they look great on my only problem is just that maximum absorbancy is a bit of a misnomer for the product. This feels more like a briefs product that has slight spill protection than it does an incontinence product so durable and comfortablejust not leak proof. I'd probably place it in that middle space between brief and depends if that describes it a bit better but my personal opinion its a 3.5/5 I take a bit of points just because the main purpose isn't being fully met.

I've used Depends since they K-C brought out disposable underwear. Honestly, I use other brands of diapers for night use, since no Depends product works for me through the night. That said, I like to have a supply of Real Fit, since there are times when I need absorbent underwear. For this use, they are superior to Tena's men's underwear and all other pull up brands I have used. It's true, you get what you pay for. Buy store brand, save a buck or two, and leak all over. This product is the best Depends product I have used. For guys who are mobile, these are great briefs.
