The underwear didn't seem like it would feel as comfortable as it did when I first received them and felt the "diaper like" material used to soak up liquid. But they felt just like my regular cotton boxer briefs. I also appreciate that they came in boxer brief style since briefs are not as attractive looking than the briefs style. And though the ability to use them in this other way, they seem like they would be more comfortable for women who just gave birth and don't like the hospital provided mesh underwear and adult diapers to wear with them for the recovery period. Maybe another product to market towards expectant moms!?!

While they have some issues (edges tearing or already being torn), he reports that they’re better than many of the diapers and underwear he’s already tried, and they feel closest to wearing “regular underwear” again. They seem to do a good job of controlling odors (I am the caretaker and haven’t noticed anything), and the absorbency is good, depending on how much the person drinks and if they’re urinating often or defecating. I will continue to buy these and use them daily.
