The padding is nice in both sides for those that need that. May be a little on the expensive side but worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pull-ups are near the top as far as pull-ups go, they are extremely comfortable and have an excellent fit which is good for those of us who are young and able yet suffer from incontinence. The absorbency is fair but I would think as much trouble as it is to change a pull-up they would be a little more absorbent and both of my samples did leak, however I think 2 simple things could fix this number 1 being standing leak guards, I dont think they would have leaked if they had this feature. Number 2 I think the padding should extend from the front waistband to the rear waistband and I think if they did these improvements I would wear them every day instead of a tape on diaper! Overall I think these would be a good choice for for active and/or working people so long as they keep a check on how wet they are. Thanks

When I have an accident the odor control is wonderful. They have great durability and the fit is amazing. They are so comfortable.

I have been trying to find a product that fits and provides the best amount of protection. The only product that worked for me but did not provide the discretion was Depends Maximum Briefs. This by far is the most comfortable, discreet and the protection was amazing. The only problem that I found is the price is more for less product. But for this product it wont stop me from buying it. I just need to find a place that sells in bulk.

They were so comfortable that after a while I forgot that I had them on. I would definitely recommend the brand and product to any man that have a leakage problem!

I'd like to preface this review by saying I am fully bladder incontinent as in no control whatsoever. That being said, the real fit briefs are almost good enough to keep up with my level of incontinence and are very comfortable as well. I wish depend made a version of these with leak guards and padding from front to rear similar too the goodnites they make for children. I will be buying more of these as they are extremely comfortable and can last 3-4 hours even with my level of incontinence.

I used real fit the first night sand was a bit skeptical at first, but I got over that as I put the first pair on. They had a snug fit yet they stayed in place and felt comfortable. They are also truly absorbent as I poured water on another pair to see if they would hold the liquid. I used a half pint and they they are what they say they are as it was absorbed. I was very impressed.

My bladder problems came on suddenly. Urgency was the biggest surprise. Depend was my first choice for protection. When "Real Fit" came out I was surprised to find a product that not only protected, but fit right and looked good. Not only do I really like this product, but I recomend it to any man.
