He recently had major surgery and currently is suffering from leakage during his recovery process. He can rely on this product to protect him from Amy leakage to go on with a normal life as much as possible without any worries. He liked that they were made to feel like real underwear. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore these for about 12 hours, 4 while up and 8 while sleeping. They almost feel like regular underwear. I had tried these before and did not like them because they were too stiff, almost like wearing a diaper. The newer version of these feel better and once I put them on I could hardly feel them. Thanks Depend for improving on this product.

The new design is very poor, it is narrower in the crotch area, like others reviewed, the fit like a speedo and not a boxer, plus it cover less than the old one, I was a LOT more comfortable in the old one, your company should have both design avalaible to let your valued cutosmer chose what kind of fit they want! Please go back to the old fit or make them avalaible too

The Real Fit briefs for men do actually fit very well in the weight and size range specified. They are discrete; slim fitting and quiet. So in terms of comfort, fit and discreetness, I give them a rating of 5. The absorbency was disappointing. Since they have an absorbency rating of "maximum" in the Depend product line, one would expect that they would have above average absorbency. This was not the case. With even mild urinary leakage, the Real Fit briefs leaked through and got my pants wet. The back panel seems to have no or little wetness barrier, so leakage while sitting is inevitable. In spite of the excellent fit of the product, I must give it an overall rating of 1 star because the most important factor to me is leakage protection and discreetness. This product would not boost my confidence in public.

Thank you for sending me a sample of Real Fit underwear. I have had nocturnal enuresis since I was young. And these work perfectly for me. Plus they are very discrete. Thought I was wearing regular underwear. Thank you Depend! I will definitely purchase this product.
