He's much happier, and that makes us all happy. Depend Real Fit isn't cheap, but for the peace of mind they provide, they're worth every penny. They fit like ordinary underwear, have an excellent seal around ones thighs and they can hold a tremendous amount of urine before any leakage.They aren't lying when they say maximum absorbency. You can go twice wtih no leakage before you should change. They come in two colors also, grey and light blue if that is important to you. But the sigificant aspect of them is their absorbancy. Nothing I have found comes close. One more thing, I've found that using talcum powder makes a big difference. It prevents chafing and absorbs sweat when wearing these things.

My uncle has lived with my husband and me for two years. We have used these for a very short time, but he loves them. He has stated that they fit more like unberware then anything else we have used. We will keep buying them as long as we can. He does live on a fixed income so sometimes we have to use other products!

My son has Down Syndrome and Autism and has accidents sometimes! We love the REAL FIT style of Depends for him. He can have some independence as he can pull them up and down by himself and if there is an accident, he can change them himself because he learned that the printed tag goes in the BACK! They stay up and he is not embarrassed to wear them at school because they are so much like real underwear! Thank you for giving my little man some independence!

Better than all other brands I have tried by a wide margin. The fit gives peace of mind and there is no bulky or bunching up. Best by far.
