This product helps when you have an accident in the middle of the night. The feeling of waking up and not feeling that you accidentally wet yourself and making it smell makes this product worth using. The product has enough material to help withstand the liquid and odor.

The Real Fit Briefs are very comfortable to wear. It feels a little snug at first, however after a while, it loosens up a little. I haven't had a problem with leakage while wearing this product, even after leaking three times. Real Fit Briefs are very discreet. I just wish they would have a little more protection (padding) in the back as well as the front. I got these for my dad, and let’s just say… I didn’t expect to have an entire discussion about how “comfortable and stylish” adult briefs could be. But guess what? He’s a fan. Apparently, these are nothing like the bulky, old-school diapers we all fear. They fit well, don’t make that awkward crinkly sound (you know the one), and actually look like real underwear. Dad even did a little squat test—because why not?—and gave them the thumbs up. Leak protection? Solid. No surprise puddles on the couch, and that’s a win for both of us. Breathability? Let’s just say, he hasn’t complained about any “swamp situations.” Also, they come in grey, which I guess is a nice touch if you care about aesthetics in this department. Bottom line: If you (or someone you love) need these, don’t stress. They do their job, they’re comfy, and they won’t make you feel like you’re wearing a diaper. Dad-approved, son-survived. Lol 😝 I’m

I'm 29 and use a wheelchair, and even though the realfit works for me I have problems with the leg cuffs twisting on me while using the small medium real fit also I have had issues with the prouduct leaking please fix these problems for people who use a wheelchair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I’m didn’t need them because I’m 39 but I put them on to give my opinion and I was surprised that they feel like real underwear the did not look or feel like I was wearing anything else but normal underwear so I give them 5 stars I would recommend them to anyone who needs them

I have BPH and it causes mild dribbling. I have tried the guards and shields but am very self conscious of wearing them must be too much like a pad or something. I am using the real fit and these feel normal as can be for me. But for dribbling they don't need all the absorbency probably a third less or half would be ideal.
