Normally I use Depend Guards. I tried a sample of this product and was impressed by its comfort and absorbency. I've been dealing with more urge incontinence and occasional bladder loss. The first time I tried this product I was at a sporting event and could not get to the restroom in time because of the lines. This product worked flawlessly and now I will be using these exclusively.

Found the pads not to be as wide as the compediters that covered more area but do the trick. I got the compediters sample pack as well and feel more comfortable wearing them as of right now, hope to be wearing just pads with Jockey Shorts soon. Both products need to breath a little more because of the sweating that does go on and the smell that accumulates while wearing them. Just got out of Hospital from Prostate removal surgery and it is a awkward thing to adjust to and just trying to be honest. It all boils down to whatever feels good on the individual.

I am a bladder cancer survivor and have a neo-bladder. I use this product at night for occasional leaks. The only small issue I have with these is I am about 150 pounds and the S/M could be a bit more snug and the waist is too high. I have tried other similar products but like this one the best.

I have purchased this product for years for my son with disabilities. Either the product is not as good as it used to be or quality control was looking the other way. While the product is OK for urinary incontinence it is little better than useless for lack of bowel control. The padding is so far forward that the top of it is dry after a urinary accident and the back misses nearly half of the bowel accidents. Gravity will pull the urine down not push it up toward the waist. Feces seeping through the thin unpadded part in the back soils and stains my son's trousers. He has worn three pairs of trousers today and it is only 6:30 pm and I do change him frequently. I thought of trying the ones made for women but I don't know if they will work and they are expensive to try. Of course, the girlie colors are a bit off-putting for a young man. Overall, this product probably works for a person with some bladder leakage but needs a complete redesign for both bladder and bowel incontinence.
