In the pouch area, I measure two inches below the start of the pouch and then cut a four inch slice with scissors parallel with the waste band. The way they come folded, there is actually a fold at the spot to cut. Works great. Any leaks begin below this location so I have had no leaks where the cut is made. Maybe depends could add this feature? I also agree, I wish they would absorb a little more. But with my solution I can generally avoid a big spill, but not always.

I have to take extra water pills. I tend to urinate a lot in the morning. I have been using this product for over a year. Here is how you use them. Put on the Real Fit underpants. Then put on a pair of boxer briefs over them. And last , buy and use a high quality adult plastic pant. With this, unless you are using liquor, you can go 6 to 8 hours without having to use the restroom. The Real fit product absorbs quite a lot of liquid. Fact by trial and error.
