[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who values both comfort and confidence, I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of Depend Men’s Real Fit Briefs. These briefs are designed for men who experience moderate incontinence and want discreet, dependable protection without compromising on comfort or style.

I have purchased this product for years for my son with disabilities. Either the product is not as good as it used to be or quality control was looking the other way. While the product is OK for urinary incontinence it is little better than useless for lack of bowel control. The padding is so far forward that the top of it is dry after a urinary accident and the back misses nearly half of the bowel accidents. Gravity will pull the urine down not push it up toward the waist. Feces seeping through the thin unpadded part in the back soils and stains my son's trousers. He has worn three pairs of trousers today and it is only 6:30 pm and I do change him frequently. I thought of trying the ones made for women but I don't know if they will work and they are expensive to try. Of course, the girlie colors are a bit off-putting for a young man. Overall, this product probably works for a person with some bladder leakage but needs a complete redesign for both bladder and bowel incontinence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pull ups as I say fits great and feels like real underwear , kinda looks like real underwear also , since I have heavy leakage during the day that are great for any one on the go or who work on your feet most of the day,,,,, discreetness , can't even tell there's a diaper under clothes , just wish didn't have to remove pants and shoes to change cuing the day , but I do manage.

Previous Product is better. The New one with the skin guard is terrible. I first noticed that it has a budge in the middle. Felt lumpy. Very uncomfortable. It did not protect my skin. Felt more like a diaper that an underwear. The previous product felt more as if I was wearing underwear and was more comfortable.

Real Fit seem to absorb decently and are pretty comfortable, but there is room for improvement. I've been using these for a couple years now and every time Depend comes out with a new version I keep hoping that they'll ad leak guards and extend the pad further up the back. Leak guards would really decrease the frequency of leaks around the bottom of the leg opening and extending the pad would be a good improvement as it would add a bit of absorbency in a spot that seems to leak if I'm sitting in a recliner.

The newest version of Depend Real Fit have improved on absorbency, however the fabric on the newest ones are much too weak and seem to stretch out and become loose too quickly. When that happens you tend to get leaks around the legs. Also, this product could be greatly improved with the addition of leak guards and extending the absorbent pad further up the back of the product.

This product helps when you have an accident in the middle of the night. The feeling of waking up and not feeling that you accidentally wet yourself and making it smell makes this product worth using. The product has enough material to help withstand the liquid and odor.

It is comfortable and is breathable and really protects your skin as it instantly absorbs leaks and keeps skin dry works really well for me. Thanks Depend and Home Tester Club for the free sample as this is a much needed all around good product. Glad I got to try it.

I get these for my dad to whom has bladder cancer. he gets the "L/XL size. but after a while they too big! so we try the S/M size and they are too small. is there a M/L size that we can purchase? My dad likes these he likes the fit and the feel of them.
