Depend Real Fit Incontinence Underwear checks all the boxes. These disposable, breathable adult diapers are very comfortable and very absorbent. They did not irritate my skin at all. The mental impact of the need for protection is the first hurdle to conquer. However; the REAL FIT gives you a feeling of protection and wear that isn't so different from "what was". Now that I have gone through the acceptance, I am fine with whatever, however again; I do enjoy the more natural look than a 12 inch waste band.

Unlike a few that I’ve tried and felt too thin. The material feels like quality making it durable and prevents irritation. Not having that plasticky feel is also a huge plus. The waistband felt snug against me and don’t feel like it would fall off. I’ve attached a photo of the inside and pad itself. It covers quite a large area and absorbs well leaving for an odorless day. If I have to nitpick, gray is not my favorite color, but for the comfort and effectiveness, worth a try for sure!
