My husband had never tasted this. Now he'r crazy about it! He ate it on his sandwich every day for a week!

This is a good deli meat with the right price. I didn’t rate it a five because it does have a texture to it that I don’t love. Other than that it’s just as good as fresh from a deli.

It says in the description box that it doesn't include nitrites or natural flavors but when you look at the photos and zoom in on the ingredients it lists both of those things.... So what is it?!

Good quality. I don’t like any of the MM lunch meat packing. If you’re not going to use this within a week, transfer it to a better air tight container or the meat will turn quickly.

I'm giving 2 stars because in the past when I have gotten this salami, it was good, but at least 3 times now getting this with pickup, I have received packages where the salami was grey and smelled and tasted bad. I am assuming since it was for pickup, the employees chose the ones that have gone bad on purpose to get rid of them. It wasn't worth it to me to make another trip to return it to the store, plus I thought maybe it was just a fluke, but after this last time I am fed up. It's is not right giving people spoiled meat. The front of the package is clear plastic so it was easy to see that the product was grey and spoiled. Not cool, Sam's Club.

My family used to love the uncured hard salami. The last 2 times I've purchased this item it does not taste the same. It's missing the salami flavor and tastes more like plain ham. I'm not sure what the issue is but, if this is a change that was made to the receipe, they need to change it back!!!

Taste was great, but the salami was cut a little thicken than I was hoping. Still a great deal.
