Your team should have done proper research prior to changing the box design. The new design is absolutely hideous and does not look good in anyone's home, let alone a bathroom.  I'm an interior designer, I am offer my services for free and will help you design boxes that are on trend and worthy of display.

This review is being written two-fold: I want to give Kleenex kudos for such a wonderful product. In this time of COVID19, these towels are perfect to use instead of the usual fabric hand towels. This is also a PLEA for Kleenex to restock the Target stores!!! I need these towels in my life.

I buy these hand towels for clients of my husband's business and for guests in our home. Although the standard designer fabric towels are available on the towel racks, we have worked hard to educate people that the disposable towels are more hygienic. I was very disappointed recently that I have had a hard time finding this product. Today I bought seven boxes, clearing out the shelf of the store where I found them. I really like these towels and would like to know if they are available to bulk purchase anywhere?

I use these in the guest bathroom on the main level of my home. They are used often and many people say they like them over a re-used hanging hand towel. However, I am disappointed that my most recent purchase finds the hand towels smaller for the same price as the previously larger towels.

Originally, I loved the idea of this product; I still do, but the quality has decreased. They are much thinner now, and not as absorbent. I need more than one to dry my hands, as does my family. Yesterday, I bought the seasonal package because I want to use it at Christmas; it's really pretty! BUT, while in the supermarket, I reached down to move the box in my cart and the edges were razor sharp! I sliced my finger open, had to run to see the pharmacist located in the store for a bandage, and bled all over the pretty box! Ouch! Please tell your quality folks to make sure this does not continue; it could have been a child who was injured, instead of me.

I have been buying these since they came on the market and I loved them. I was telling all of my family and friends about them, for the same reasons mentioned by other reviewers. The new towels and box are horrible. Towels are too small and thin, and fewer towels for the same price! The box has a busy design and logo; not nice enough to be out in my bathroom. I am very disappointed in this company and I will not buy these again unless they go back to the original size, quality, and box.

I have been using these for some time and currently had my husband install a smaller hand towel holder in the powder room so I could put the box near the sink... only now to realize they've been discontinued!! Please make these hand towels available again. I use idea the main powder room for guests/family and they are so much better (and safer) than cloth towels.

I bought several boxes of these, thinking I would love them. I have to say I am not thrilled with this product. I do not feel they are thick enough. I like the idea of having a clean towel everytime but it also bothers me that it just creates more waste. You have to hang the box from the towel rack for all of the product to be used and I had planned to keep the box on the sink and keep my fancy towels on the rack. I also don't like keeping the box on the rack because I have two little ones and don't want to find my towel rack on the floor, plus it just looks ugly hanging down. I will not buy this product again once we finish them.

I love these hand towels. Since my husband has been home from the hospital and of course throughout the holidays, we have had nurses, therapists, relatives, friends...all coming to visit. This is a really sanitary way for them to dry their hands. It seems like my bathroom hand towels are now just for looks. It would be nice if they had more color choices. Down side is they are are on the pricey side. If the prices stay the same, I am going to put a paper towel holder in each bathroom, more cost effective.

I love Kleenex products and the hand towels exceeded my every expectation. Not only are they a great hand towel and quick clean up towel, but they are a great tissue...I ran out of tissues and of course came down with a really bad cold so I reached for a Kleenex hand towel, not only was it strong but it was soft and didn't leave my nose sore and red. So I figured if it was good as a tissue why not use it with my makeup remover/cold cream to remove my makeup!!!! It works great soft and absorbent. A really great product!!!!!
