[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family loved using this hand towel in the dispenser - Don't stop - Great for guest usage, save space - overall very good - My friends and I would go to several stores to try and find the hand towel in the rack dispenser - so please bring back on the market.

This product is so useful, not only as a hand towel, but for other things too when paper towels may not be suitable. For instance, I use them to remove make-up using a face cream (in my case vegetable shortening.....yes, really); I also use them to wipe down the dog when he comes in from the rain; and they make great napkins as well. I use them for scrubbing the tub and shower, and applying furniture polish. Also for polishing silver. They are so sturdy and durable, yet soft feeling. I highly recommend them for many uses. The only thing I don't care for is the fact that you need to turn the box upside down over a towel rack for proper dispensing, otherwise if you use it upright, about half way through, they no longer pop up and you have to reach down inside or rip open the box to retrieve the rest of them. Great product though.

The product itself works great and we use it for keeping down germs and mess in the bathroom. Even though your boxes are nicely decorated, it would be great if you would make a cover for the box for those of us who put it on the counter. I think it would be a big seller.

I was so disappointed when I shopped for Kleenex hand towels that I have been using since I found them in the store a year or so ago. The new towels are one inch shorter, the boxes have too much fru-fru on them, there are only 55 towels while there were 60 towels in the old boxes and they are such poor quality they tear before you can possibly dry your hands. I just bought four boxes of the "new" towels because I didn't realize they had changed until I got home and compared them to the boxes that I had. This will be my last purchase of Kleenex towels. I loved the plain white and gray boxes and the old towels but not the new ones.

Please reconsider discontinuing the Kleenex hand towels. They are the absolute best for drying hands and preventing cross contamination in bathrooms, etc. They have been a staple in my home as well as my other family members' homes. Your hand towels are second to none and during Covid-19 I miss them more than ever! Don't give away this great product. If they didn't sell well, maybe revamp the advertisement because I just happen to see them in the store and decided to try them. I never saw an advertisement. After I fell in love with them, I told my family about them. So that's why we all use them. Revamp your advertisement for them and bring them back. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised at how fast they fly off the shelves! We're counting on you, Kleenex! :-)

I really thought these would be my answer to the constant irritation of kids tossing the kitchen hand towel in the sink. Not so much. The box shape makes it really difficult to put them anywhere in the kitchen (i don't have any bars to prop the box on, and it's length makes it take up a lot of precious counter space), and when the box is stored upright, the towels have a tendency to fall down into the bottom so you have to fish them out - not good when you have wet hands and end up getting all the other towels damp. That said, these are great in the bathroom. When the box is stored as it was designed, inverted over a towel bar, the box and towels work like magic. They go super fast though, my family of four went through four boxes in a week! Due to that I have to say I'm not sure that the cost is worth it. Bottom line: They really need to have more towels per box, there is certainly room in there. They should come out with a cyllindrical container of these for use in small spaces that don't have a towel bar

Never write to review BUT this is the BEST!!!! DISCONTINUED!!!!!?????? why...of all times...the best tissue I have ever touched in my life...absorbent, soft, hardy and beautiful for each sink in my home. A MUST HAVE! WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? As important as paper towels and toilet paper! was always hard to find, now IMPOSSIBLE!!!! HELP!

The boxes have become cheaper made. Kleenex keeps telling customers the product has not been altered. I have been purchasing this product since day one. The product has indeed been altered. I used to take wipes and use on my Swiffer to clean window over kitchen sink because I can't reach and they were thick and large enough to cover the Swiffer and did a beautiful job. They don't fit the same way anymore. But even as hand wipes which is their primary use, they used to be plush, more absorbent and much larger when they were introduced than they are today. I wouldn't have said anything but the customers are not wrong and are not lying. If nothing has been altered, then why are the towels different? BTW, the product was close to perfect when it was introduced. It's not anymore.

Love this product to have in bathrooms so guests have a fresh towel to use.  Not sure why you changed the box design, but they're not elegant or attractive to leave out.  The original ones in the softer grey or tan tones look nice in bathrooms.  The current ones in bright pink, cherries, etc. look awful.  Please go back to subtle nice looking boxes.

These towels are wonderful for a powder room where guests don't want to share a hand towel. But I have had some guests flush them which has led to problems. Could you make a version where there is a color stripe or some decoration so people will not think they are flushable like a regular tissue? And say on the box “non flushable”?
