I went in 10am appointment and I am the first person check in till 12;30 my car has not been done bc the technician took next client whom is checked in after me and I will never come in this location again for the tire service

we bought these tires at the Rockville road Sam's paid extra for the warranty and was told would be honored at any Sam's. first of all they took out the tire pressure sensors and replaced them with regular stems, so now our sensor system doesnt work. calls to get them to address it went no where they just deny. the tires didn't look brand new, wonder if they were returns. now the rear has a flat and they won't help my daughter fix it telling her she has to pay for even though we have the warranty will never buy tires from sams again
