Clean fine but the pods are too round to fin in the dispenser. I have to reshape everypod and hope it dont come apart in my hands so i can fit it into the dispenser which is wide and more flat than deep .

Unfortunately the packs didn’t always open which caused ** to have to redo the wash. Waste of money. I will go back to the Aldi brand of pacs ** the liquid dishwasher cleaner.

I normally will not take the time to return a store brand product but these are going back. Dishes come out dirty with a film even if use 2 pods. The one in the dispenser does not dissolve fully.

Super cheap price and just cheap working. They didn't even dissolve all the way. I tried three times, and none of them worked. Used one cascade, and it cleaned the whole lot. I tried to save some money, and it didn't work out at all.

Bought this based on the positive ratings of consumer reports, but very disappointed. Dishes come out still with residue on them and you can smell exactly what was in them prior to washing. For example, I used a lot of mason jars to store food. After going through the dishwasher with these, you can still smell if they stored celery, carrots, onions, etc. Clearly this is not getting the dishes completely clean!

Beware ! Do not buy this product. One in five packets is not opening properly in my dishwasher. This is leaving clumps of blue dishwashing detergent on my silverware, in the silverware tray, and in the bottom of my dishwasher. 🤢 I have use Cascade Platinum for years and have never had this problem. So, this is not a problem with my dishwasher. I don’t think the exterior coating on the dishwashing detergent is properly dissolving.

Sam's Club, if you are reading this, will you please make these detergent pacs a bit thinner? They are so thick, I have to flatten them slightly with a heavy object (and carefully so as not to burst the plastic casing) so that the detergent dispenser door on my my KitchenAid dishwasher will close over them. I would like to continue using these but the effort required to get them to fit isn't worth the savings IMO.

I have used 2/105 pods and they do not fully dissolve during the wash cycle. The soap grains are in all my cups and glasses and nothing on the bottom rack of the washer is clean. I bought it instead of Cascade to save money and ended up with $13 of useless pods

I ordered 2 of these and only 1 was sent the customer support was rude and did not send a replacement so I canceled the membership this has happened more than once. If you buy something you should receive it customer service sucks as does product delivery. Get your Stuff together Sams Club.

I tried this based on consumer reports rating and I was not disappointed. Cleans just as well as the Cascade platinum I've been using. I don't pre-rinse dishes and these pods have had no problem handling my dirtiest dishes. I will say that the Members Mark pods don't look as colorful or as flashy as the Cascade pods but they clean just as well.
