Good quality but not user friendly

the picture quality is very good but the smart tv is not easy to navigate. we have had the tv shut off on it's own a couple times or shut down the app we were watching.

katznorb: I’m sorry for the difficulties with your TV shutting off. We understand your frustrations, and are here to help. If your TV appears to turn off by itself, try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions. See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specific period of time. Go to: Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer have been enabled and disable it. - Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off - Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Off Timer If the TV continues to turn off by itself continuously, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Product Quality

this product did not last a year and half before having problems. the picture went out for a few days then came back on with a line of pixels missing. samsung needs to do better. the product should have been built better.

Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test If this occurs on all sources and the picture test, this will require service. - If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service processed. - If you're within the one-year warranty, please contact Samsung Customer Support to initiate service. - If you are past the time of warranty, please contact us for out-of-warranty service. great tv. screen is awesome. user friendly too. loud speakers. you can set a timer so tv comes off the same time everyday. very very good product !!!! my next tv will be a samsung tv for sure !!!

Its a great brand

i would have preferred you guys do better warranty and a guarantee as well. i had the unfortunate luck of my tv tapping just tapping the corner of my couch and the tv screen cracked... n i had it for just two days :(

Please know that a crack will not spontaneously develop; a physical impact – perhaps small but done at just a certain degree – would be the most likely explanation. Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation -- laid on its side or tilted -- during transit, damage could have been done. First, let's ensure your TV is running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can update from there. Next, if your TV is buffering while streaming, it may have to do with your internet connection. Buffering usually occurs when your internet connection provided by your ISP cannot supply data fast enough for the playback device. We suggest you try the following: Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible Try wired LAN if available Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router. There are also several settings available that allow you to adjust your image. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.
