Everything Is Great But.......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the quality of the picture and the ease of getting to our favorite apps. The only thing that we can see that needs improvement is the sound. We have had to use a sound bar with some of the apps. Its a really great product.

Easy Setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use it primarily for viewing in man-cave.....especially for sporting events. The set-up was very easy and quick. Everything worked first time. The tv was lighter that expected and could be moved around by one person.

Wonderful TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this TV. My mom ended up getting the same one for her living room. I have no issues with any of the functions but she finds the remote is hard to work with. But all in all, very impressed with the sound and picture!

This product blows me away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with my 75 inch television. From the size to the amazing colors. Samsung has outdone themselves with this tv. I even hooked up a vcr to it and watched a video almost 30 years old. Much to my surprise it looked pretty awsome. Thank you Samsung for my dream television.

I love Samsung tv's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have all of my TVs as Samsungs! The TU7000 and TU8000 work amazingly well! I really don't have any complaints except that you need to change the dns over to googles dns in the settings or you may experience network issues but that is no big deal! The color and the picture are beautiful .. the 4th tv I have of Samsun is 12 years old and it's still working fine to this day! I will always buy a Samsung tv!

bad internet connection

the tv disconnects everyday from the internet... my internet is 400gb and the tv keeps saying that there is no internet available. i need to take it off from the power and then put it back, in order for it connects again even when it is connected, the wifi signal is really bad, i can't watch youtube videos (they keep loading forever) my tv is less than 5 meters from the wifi router

Amazing TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing and easy to navigate. Setting up process was equally easy. I use it for streaming movies. Love the app options and the ability to search apps. I watch the TV for relaxation.. The TV most likely does and offers more than what I'm even aware of. I have no complaints and certainly would get another without hesitation...

Amazing TV for the price!

Only thing that could be better is the processing speed for some smart TV functions could be faster as seen on Samsungs higher level TVs. Overall great value

Nice Tv..

i have all samsung tvs in my house. from 40-82inch. i love the product. i purchased this replace a 8 year old 42. the picture quality is very nice. the set up for everyhing was extremely easy except airplay. i spent 2 hrs trouble shooting and finally got it to work by unplugging from the wall. nowhere did i find that suggestion online. the worst part about this tv is the remote and commuicating with the apps. its super slow and delayed. its extremely frustrating. i dont really want to return a 50 inch tv, but its like using dial up internet. its a 3-4 second delay on everything. the firmware is up to date. im at a loss at the moment

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds until your TV turns off and back on again. I am glad to hear that you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update.
