we are disappointed at the slowness of this t.v. when you press a button or setting, there is too long of a pause before it performs the function.

To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary. After a year and a half the tv is broken. No picture and the sound comes in and out. I would not buy this tv again.
