Features appear good.

I bought tv a month ago and am not satisfied with the picture as it is very dark and I cannot get it to be lighter and it is very hard on my eyes.

wireless connection

the tv doesnt stay conected to the internet. i find myself having to reset the tv every two days i just leave it off now

Hi RaeV, Thank you for your review of the Samsung TU7000. A firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 2/19/21) Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. While the TV does not have a dedicated sleep timer button, you can still access this setting through the interface on the TV. Using your TV remote, navigate to Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer, and then select the amount of time you would like the TV to stay on before powering itself off. You can set the sleep timer up to 180 minutes, after which the TV will turn off.
