LOVE IT!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the TV mainly to watch shows and movies. The automatic light adjustment works great (The TV senses when the room is dark or lit up and adjusts the picture accordingly).

Excellent TV with one minor exception

Great picture

**Review: 65" Class Crystal UHD TU7000 TV – Disappointing Performance After a Year**

I purchased the 65" Class Crystal UHD TU7000 TV with high hopes, given its impressive specs and the brand's reputation. Initially, everything seemed perfect – great picture quality, decent sound, and an overall smooth viewing experience. However, after about a year of usage, my excitement quickly turned into frustration.

One day, the TV just wouldn't turn on. The power indicator light flickered briefly, but the screen remained completely black. No amount of resetting, unplugging, or troubleshooting helped. I checked all the connections, tried different outlets, and even consulted the manual, but nothing worked. 

For a TV that's only a year old, this is incredibly disappointing. It seems that the build quality or internal components simply couldn't stand the test of time. I had expected a lot more durability for the price point. 

In terms of picture and sound quality, when it was working, it was quite good. But the fact that it malfunctioned so early on, without any signs of wear or heavy usage, really makes me question the reliability of this model. If you're looking for a TV that'll last more than a year, I would recommend exploring other options. Unfortunately, this model fell short of expectations.

65" Class Crystal UHD TU7000 TV – disappointed

Hey there it's me CharlieT, the main reason I wanted this TV was for the Bluetooth ability. I had no idea how sharp and clear the picture will be, plus everyone looks touchable. The set has several inputs for your antenna, fire stick, cable and your HMDI. You will love this TV it's just the right side for any room for you to enjoy.
