[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did have problem with tv after 6 weeks. No picture just volume. Couldn't return to Best but after 30 days. Samsung did come out and put in all new parts. No charge. Works great now.

I have owned many Samsung TVs and have always had good luck with them. Never needing a warranty and lasting many many years. Ventures off occasionally for a better deal, and ended up with nothing but regret. Back with Samsung for good now.
