It's great

Remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remote was difficult to open. Thank God I could operate the tv from my phone. Not much info on how to work it, finally got it open. Other than that the TV looks and works great.

Common issue - error connecting

took a few hours of google searches and help forums to solve issue connecting. home menu is clunky and remote has tiny buttons. the picture makes up for it though, once you figure out connection issues.

Wow. The picture is amazing

I bought this TU 7000 a month ago and I thought it might be too big but it is the best investment I've made. Tv watching now is like being at the movies. The 4K picture is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this Tv to all my friends.

Amazing product

Great tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue is that occasionally when playing games the screen will randomly flash black. I tried turning the TVs game mode on/off and it did not fix the problem.

Great Product

Terrible HDR settings

I have a lot of problems with the HDR watching Netflix or Disney+, it doesn't work and the TV look horrible (so dark). I hope that you could fix this kind of problem with new updates.

Hi Gonzalo, thanks for writing in. Does the TV show the "HDR" logo on the source when you press the home button? The set should notify you when HDR information is being received by the set. Secondly, what picture mode did you select say, "Movie", or "Natural" etc. These have an important part in customizing the image to your taste.
