Good TV. Fine for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Apps are slow to load even with great wifi. Quicker with a fire stick. Picture is great. Fine for the price.

Hi DJ1145, We appreciate your feedback on the User Interface of the TU700D. I have a few tips that may improve the speed of your TV. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, you may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care. I hope these tips help you enjoy your new product. You can always contact us for further help at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website. ~ Samsung Advisor
