Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, we will utilize the self-diagnostic tool, which further optimizes performance, checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care. Voice Controller: Although the TU7000 does not have voice assistants built in, they do work with Alexa and Google Assistant external devices. You can connect them to your existing Alexa and Google Assistant devices to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Soap Opera look in some modes

so. yes not really happy with this tv, the "soap opera" look of the picture in standard or natural modes really ruins the experience and if you put it in filmmaker or movie mode, it looses it brilliance, so yeah it is just an ok tv
