[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a tv I use in my family room for watching tv/movie programming. Whenever the program is dark, it is nearly impossible to see it. Other than that, it has been great.

while the viewing quality is excellent, i find the menu navigation to be awful. half the time i have no idea what option i have selected. the icons for the menu are painful. might help to simplify the remote similar to what roku has done.

great picture. samsung always makes a great tv! its a brand you can trust. i must say though i hate the remote for this particular model !! its horrible. it does not navigate smoothly and its cluttered !
