[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Crystal UHD tv has an excellent picture, very clear and sharp. I had a little concern about it's stability, but so far it has been fine, probably because it is so lightweight. Great purchase.

i have no complaints about this tv except - the closed captioning will not turn on, even though it shows that it is on. the sap is now on, even though that shows it is off. picture is very clear and sound is great.

Nice TV but HDMI 2 is damaged - did not notice for a while - now I don't want to lose the TV or drive it an hour away to replace - so have to put up with damaged goods. Nice picture but setup overly complicated.

I bought this product years ago and it still works like brand new, there was always a little lag but I honestly got adjusted to it, when I play on my ps5 I have amazing fps and quality and my whole family also has Samsung tvs, amazing product!
