No longevity

On my second one in two and a half years. Good picture, good price but quit working right after the one year warranty is up. You would think they could make a tv that lasts at least five years. Changing brands.

Great smart tv

Terrible HDR settings

I have a lot of problems with the HDR watching Netflix or Disney+, it doesn't work and the TV look horrible (so dark). I hope that you could fix this kind of problem with new updates.

Hi Gonzalo, thanks for writing in. Does the TV show the "HDR" logo on the source when you press the home button? The set should notify you when HDR information is being received by the set. Secondly, what picture mode did you select say, "Movie", or "Natural" etc. These have an important part in customizing the image to your taste. Smooth operations

Great deal, quality TV

Limited life TV

Great TV for 15-18 months. Then the infamous “Samsung Black Screen” syndrome strikes. Also, the on TV power button which you might occasionally need may be completely hidden depending on the model..
