Great product just needs some improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size and picture quality however when trying to go into Netflix or other apps it glitches and sometimes wont even load them. Checked my wifi was working and everything problem is the tv .

Hi Claudia, Thank you for sharing your experience with the Netflix app. If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue. Please also make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. Nice TV!

it has a great picture and the price was good too. the only complaint i have is the sound. you have to turn it way up, and it's not the best overall sound. otherwise i would recommend it.
