amazing picture, clarity and beightness

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smart TV, easy set up, beautiful picture. The only thing I don't like is the Netflix button below the volume button. Netflix has charged me the monthly fee twice. I don't watch Netflix.

Super TV and great fonctionality

Disappointing Product

Bad software. Non responsive remote. Remote volume UP/Down button stopped working and I have to restart TV many time. Small remote with bad design. Did not expected bad quality from SAMSUNG. I have a 2012 55inch TV which better that this.
