Great picture quality!

I love the picture quality of this TV, but the sound can be very muted at times. I do not want to have to buy a sound bar but I may have to. I never needed that with my previous TV. But all in all, I'm very happy with the purchase.

I apologize for the inconvenience you have had with the inconsistent sound volume. The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On. You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test. If the issue persists, please reach out to us so that we can provide further troubleshooting. Disappointed

purchased 12/27/21 won't turn on 5/8/22 all of the troubleshooting points toward a bad power supply. this was too expensive to already have problems. prior to today, i would have given it 4 1/2 stars.
