Save yourself the trouble

Bought one month ago . it is horrible !! freezes, closed captioning not available on most streaming, remote has so many buttons all crammed together.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, please know that your Samsung TV does offer Closed Captioning settings, such as separating it from the broadcast screen, font color, background color, size, position, language, etc. You can adjust these by going to Settings > General > Accessibility > Caption Settings. Specific streaming apps may have their own settings to turn on or adjust Closed Captioning. Please go to settings on the individual app to find these settings. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Does wonder in the living room

Totally perfect size in the family living room. Worth the buck for being a “high end” TV for sure! Heard from the sales person that the chip might break down in a couple years. Hope that does not happen!

Green line popping and fading in my Tv!!
