Having upgraded from my previous SAMSUNG Smart TV's to a 4K UHD I was disappointed to see what I consider the same picture quality and sharpness and audio as my older versions

on my 3rd replacement ive literally been on the phone with india trying to get warranty coverage longer than ive been able to watch the actual tv terrible products now ill never buy another samsung product

very pleased with this purchase great quality and even better picture. i have enjoyed older movies brought to life by the quality of the picture and todays movies are fantastic

having read some other reviews, i am now seeing that there are others having the same problem with black and dark scenes. we feel like we missed half the shows since so much of the have dark scenes. very disappointing.
