Excellent Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV initially for use in the family room, however, when I received it, I loved the crystal clear picture quality soo much, I decided to use it in my master bedroom. I use my TV for both streaming movies and listening to music streamed from my phone. The ease of use is also a plus. Simple directions make it super easy to connect devices through Wi-Fi. The voice quality and sound quality are also excellent features. This TV is a must buy. I am saving up to purchase another. I definitely recommend this television.

Great sound quality and picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually the bigger the TV the worse the color and brightness. Not so much the case with this one. I've enjoyed this TV for a while now. And I absolutely love the design, picture, and sound quality. The UI could use an update, but for the most part it works as advertised.

Backlight went out after six months

if you want your tv to act more like a radio, this is the tv for you. after 6-7 months the backlight has gone out so i can't see anything although at least the sound still works! still waiting on being serviced under the warranty but it has been about a week and counting with no tv.

Defective piece of crap

i pirxhased this tv in april to replace the 32” samsung i have had since 2008 in my bedroom. the first three months were great now the screen has a row of pixels out and the control panel needs to be replaced. samsumg is repairing rather then replacing the defective tv. i sold electronics for many years and i have owned and still own many samsung products. this is the last samsung product i will ever purchase. this tv needs to be pulled from the line up and redesigned if this is an issue many people are having.

Awesome Pictures and the best apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this today with my girlfriend and we love it! Huge bonus that it has apple TV and HBO max. Picture quality is off the charts, actually got this for my bedroom and I use it more than my living room TV now lol.

Samsung Scrap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is junk, from the defectively-designed remote to the malfunctioning software. The remote is semi-round with a very smooth texture, making it difficult to grasp securely. It is dropped constantly as a result. The buttons on it are too small and too close together, resulting in the wrong button being pushed (often the Exit button); which leads to a wholly different set of issues. Most bewildering is why the remote buttons do not light up when the remote is held. Use of the remote in little to no light is especially frustrating. The buttons are difficult enough to find without compounding the problem due to lack of a common feature found in the vast majority of competitors' TV remotes. Finally, the software often malfunctions. If it is not defaulting to Samsung TV despite selection of a streaming (or other) service, it is not loading the viewer's choice of programming. As a result, the viewer is forced either to turn off the TV and upon restart re-select the viewing choice and hope for the best (often multiple restarts without success); or to unplug the TV from the electrical outlet then start from scratch once the TV is on. The frequency of both scenarios is so high that the TV will soon be replaced.

Smart right out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a nice TV for my sewing studio, and this was not only the right size, but the right price. Right out of the box, it was easy to set up, and to use. My mother is not very technologically savvy, and even she can use it with ease. Great on board apps, lots of free tv, beautiful picture, and great sound. I have always preferred Samsung, and this TV does not disappoint!

Samsung 65

Great Color with Sharp Contrast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 15 year old Sony Bravia with the new Samsung. Size for size what an improvement in the vividness of the Samsung's color. I realize, due to the thickness, speaker quality is up against a wall. Don't get me wrong the sound is acceptable but a quality sound bar would make a big difference.

I feel like I'm part of the movie!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a great, high quality TV! Every time I'm watching a show or a movie, I feel like I'm part of the show. The TV is super easy to use and set up, you can also control it with your phone, which makes it even easier to use. As soon as I got it, I was and to easily log in to my favorite apps and wasted no time in watching my favorite shows. I especially like that it includes Samsung TV, so basically I have no need for cable since I can watch news, music channels and other TV shows. It basically has it all. Now I just need one for my room.
