[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Samsung TV about 3 months ago and I have nothing but praise. The design is simplistic and elegant and really brings a luxurious feeling to my room. I love how quick and responsive the menus are. Another thing I love about this TV compared to other TVs is how it doesn't heat up my room. Oddly enough, my favorite feature of the TV is the fade to black screen that happens every time I turn off the TV. I know it sounds weird to state that's my favorite feature but it's a nice touch that Samsung didn't have to add but decided to anyway and it leaves me feeling happy with my purchase every time I use it. I give the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV 10/10 and and I'm very happy with my purchase.

It is light in weight and the instructions it came with are easy to follow. Once connected, it is easy to get every program I want. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

Bought this TV for my husband for Christmas! Great quality and sound. Pristine picture and colour, easy navigation and settings. Game compatibe. (Built in speakers are great on their own but we did buy surround speakers to help my hard of hearing husband!) LOL. Love the apps. Perhaps they could add more options like Britbox, Acorn etc..(or maybe I can and just not techie enough to know how.!) Overall, great picture feels very "movie theatre-ish" Easy remote function or add remote app to use on phone! Highly recommend..

its a good tv, very pleased. i would like to see that the stands it comes with be telescopic a bit, that would raise the tv up more than just the standard it came with. you might want to consider that, in giving your customers a added benefit to adjust their tv viewing height. i don't need to hang it on the wall as some people do having to look up at it while sitting down. i feel the tv should be at eye level while sitting. mine is but it would be nice to have it just a little bit higher. a telescopic stand would be perfect.

This is the worst viewing experience I've ever had with a television. It's slow, the GUI is clunky and unrefined, constant audio issues with any sound bar or sound system. If I could return or exchange I would. I currently have it for sale after a year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the apps I use on a regular basis are available on the TV, and it is super easy to navigate. The only things that are bothersome is the amount of time it takes to place an app on the home screen and favorites bar. Also, using the home screen to navigate is sometimes slow in responding. Otherwise, great picture and sound.

unfortunately, that's not the only thing i was looking for. there were 2 things that were a must have for me and after buying even though it had the two things, they were not conveniently accessible. 1. bluetooth for headphones -- very hard to connect complicated 2. sleep time on remote. to get to the sleep time which i use every night, you have to go thru 12 menu keystrokes not very convenient. sorry i returned for an lg same type model/size with everything on the remote. it's not all about the picture. you need convenience too. sorry guys

Ever since i bought i new i was making the rich choice. I love the 4k resolution makes my games look so real and i have the best experience playing GTA 5. When it comes to watching my favorite movie i love how clear and satisfying it looks i love warming up popcorn and getting ready for a late night movie

We bought this at Christmas and have been very happy with it. Good picture, easy to set up and use, good sound. The only disappointment is that the sound gets louder on some programs or when commercials come on. I'd like the sound to be at the same loudness level for all programs and commercials.
