Sound issues. Remote is lacking.

I purchased the 43" Crystal UHD TU7000 TV 1 month ago. The tv has a good picture but the sound is horrible. I have to turn it up to between 75-100 in order to hear it. I have tried every option in the audio settings to fix it. Didn't help. I tried adding a sound bar but the Bluetooth connection only worked with live tv not the streaming services. (Why should I have to buy a sound bar anyway?!) The remote has a bad design and no voice search. The fast forward, reverse, pause and play are all the way down at the bottom. It's all but impossible to hold the remote and reach those buttons. Since I mainly watch streaming, that's a big minus. I love samsung products, but this one stinks! I dread packing it up to send it back.

If your TV volume is too low, there are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. Regarding connecting your Soundbar via Bluetooth, please make sure that the TV speaker is set to the Soundbar. Go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output. This is the best TV Ive owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv to mainly stream sevices like Netflix Hulu HBOmax and it works great for this. The clarity is uncomparable to anything I have ever owned in my life. I occasionally stream my phone to it thru smartshare and that has been awesome too. Just love everything about this TV.

SUPER SMART SAMSUNG TV

Everything I wanted in a TV

its an ok TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we use our TV for streaming and gaming its on ok tv but it does some weird things, sometimes it will randomly turn on my PlayStation and also will close out of apps when streaming. it will also disconnect itself from the internet at random. the user interface is hard to use also.

Great quality, reliable, love the tv capabilities

we purchased this tv after purchasing another offbrand tv and it not working immediately out of the box. however, when we purchased this tv to replace the old nonworking one we were very pleased! the set up was very easy and you can download most apps of your liking. i also like how it has samsung tv plus which is a free type of tv programing that we had no idea about when purchasing it. the quality of the picture is amazing and we are very happy.

Great TV So far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this Television for 1 month now, and so far it's working great. Setup was fairly easy, and it was even able to identify devices I hooked up to it, saving me lots of time. This TV even has the ability to turn on my other devices for me. The Remote is simple and easy to follow. The picture is much better and clearer compared to my last TV, and when UHD Shows come on, I definitely know it. It is able to bring up all the streaming services I have so I just select the proper button, and I'm there. Time will tell, but so far I am very satisfied with this Television.

Great looking TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watching some old shows the TV screen has been showing excellent picture quality but some of the new shows that are coming on TV where there are problems with the people filming because of the Covid some of the pictures seem a little blurred such as when watching dancing with the stars. Otherwise I really enjoy the set the picture quality is very good and the sound Quality is excellent

Loving our TV and its extra features!

We purchased our 65" TV near the end of January. We have been pleased with the extra features such as Samsung TV, Prime TV and Tubi. Nice, crisp picture, too. A bit of a concern was that on Feb 28/23 , we turned the TV on and had a picture but no volume. We Googled it, and their suggestion to unplug and the restart fixed the issue. However, the Tubi wasn't accessible for awhile. Should we be concerned about the loss of volume? Is this a common thing? Overall we are loving it.
