Looks great but doesn't always work

this is my first 4k and first smart tv. picture quality is great but my apps crash constantly. i have good, fast internet connection so i know that's not the issue. i was using a roku stick on my old tv and it worked perfect. i figured having the apps installed on a brand new tv would be even better but boy was i wrong. every single day i have to reboot the tv and/or the apps to get them to work. and then sometimes they will stop working again in the middle of a show. it's very frustrating to never be able to turn on a brand new tv and have it work the way it's supposed to. i expected more from samsung.

EazyE: I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your TU7000 4K Smart TV. Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds until your TV turns off and back on again. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. I hope this helps. MLB package !!!!!

This TV os all I wanted

Image is very clear and you can customize in details. TV is light and thin, easy to install and carry. I love the fact it can work with Alexa. Overall with all the features and price I can say that is a great deal!

Samsung 82”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is much brighter and even clearer than our 4K Vizio. It comes with Samsung TV. Car shows for me and cooking shows for my wife. Apparently there around 100 channels. This was a surprise after we set it up but has made us want all Samsung TVs going forward.

Excellent clarity

Great for a dorm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wireless connectivity is lovely to pop up a zoom meeting onto. Works great with xbox series x for 4k - and detects it easily - just make sure to enable Input Signal Plus for it, and auto game mode. This is the second TV of this line I've bought - the first one being the 55inch, which has been going strong for a year and a half now!

Always choose Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a LG, but they started taking off apps, forcing me to buy Roku. It finally lost picture, and I tried to troubleshoot it, but no success. I decided to go with Samsung. Even my Washer and Dryer are made by Samsung.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart TV and I love being able to easily switch between Netflix and my gaming systems. I also really like that through bluetooth, I can stream music from my phone to the TV. It's super user-friendly and I am very happy with it.

Not plug and play

Haven't figured out how to get my cable box to work on it. Unless you're with Bell it's designed from the factory with hardly any options for cable suppliers. Instead of making it simple plug and play like LG they make it a hassle to hook your cable with any provider other than Bell
