its a good tv, very pleased. i would like to see that the stands it comes with be telescopic a bit, that would raise the tv up more than just the standard it came with. you might want to consider that, in giving your customers a added benefit to adjust their tv viewing height. i don't need to hang it on the wall as some people do having to look up at it while sitting down. i feel the tv should be at eye level while sitting. mine is but it would be nice to have it just a little bit higher. a telescopic stand would be perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is easy to manage. If needs updates it automatically does it. I switch back and forth from antenna TV and internet TV. The resolution is amazing it feels so crystal clear. Almost like when you are sitting on a city balcony and watching the streets at nights. The TV design is beautiful its charcoal dark color and also the way it sits on my wall is just the futurist look it needs, 10 out of 10 from me.

Even though I have external speakers, many times the TV's sound is better. The picture quality is good and the finish is as expected from a Samsung product. I don't like much The smart TV functions, the menu is not very intuitive and sometimes is slow. The remote control is one of the worst I've ever used. It's cluttered, confusing and the round design of the bottom makes it hard to grab and unstable in flat surfaces.

I was not looking at spending a lot of money and did not want one much larger than this one. It has an amazing picture. By far the best picture I have had so far in my life (I have not owned some of the most expensive TVs on the market and had a budget). I would highly recommend this TV for the average user. I have an inexpensive sound bar and it is connected to the optical output of the TV. The sound comes through very nicely. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the Samsung menu navigation seems to be slow. Granted I have it over wireless rather than wired. But my roku over the wireless was faster and more responsive. Other than that I really like this TV and am very satisfied with the experience. I am not a big channel surfer, but do like a more 'peppy' menu.

It updates itself, so I never have to worry about fixing it, And if something did happen to go wrong there's always the support services that are right there in the TV. I swear by Samsung. All my TVs are Samsung, as well my watch 4 and my Galaxy S22 Ultra. Samsung has the best products on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use mine for streaming and web surfing. The capability to interact with so many streaming applications is great. I wish the web browser was better and had a better interface. The picture is surprisingly difficult to adjust and is nothing special but blacks are especially disappointing.; There is so little depth the blacks actually become mirror like. The settings are difficult and sporadically available. Meaning buttons may be grayed out for no reason.

I am pleasantly surprised with the volume on this, as well as the easy setup. One thing that bothered me at the outset was that the default setting was the soap opera mode (very slow, YouTube style video). It took some digging to learn how to change it to the Filmmaker mode. Otherwise, no complaints.

i got this tv a year ago. and it is a nice tv. i love the picture and the size. but i did not like is the operating system for it. I wish it was a goggle based system instead of ubutu. I am into computers and i am a graduate of computer networking. and ubutu op system is very hard to have products and apps to match it. A google is a better os. But all in all it is a good tv.
