Unboxing and setup were simple. More importantly, quick. Once on and connected to my tv provider, the picture (without tweaking) was amazing. Color and sound are exceptional, very close to more expensive tv's I have had in the past. I would highly recommend this model. You buy Samsung for the reputation and quality that resonates across their product lines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first purchased the Samsung Crystal UHD 70” last year. It's such a great tv, I bought a 55” for my bedroom! It works seamlessly with all of my other devices (Apple included) Apps are easy to download. Comes with Apple TV already installed. It has a sleek design, lightweight, easy to clean (with proper screen cleaner) and the picture and sound quality is amazing. My son is about to purchase one for himself. Would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the remote is easy to use with its special keys to netflix and samsung tv... the apps are great and include all what you need to watch on tv. the internet browser is the best tv browser i ever use before on other tvs. the connections between other systems and the tv are easy like from my phone to it. the picture in high definition are more better than my other tv which is 1080p only. this 4k enhance the pictue to look like 4k.

I went from a 55 in to a 65 in Crystal UHD and I'm very impressed with the quality of picture I received. Streaming on the various apps that I use is very intuitive. When setting up my TV, the walk through on the TV to get all of my electronics connected was so simplistic.

The picture is so impressive and the curvature of the screen adds swag. It's as if you're looking at the screen head-on, from anywhere in the room.

honestly i dont know what to think. when i bought this tv i though it waa going to be a big upgrade to my 15 year old tv. when i first took it out the box i noticed something was wrong. images looked a little pixelated. but it fixed it self in a few weeks. now the only problem i have is the colors and its so annoying. i currently have natrual mode and its ok if it were to be brighter i would love it. but its so dim than the other options. it makes almost every scene dark. ive tried to contact samsung and they dont help me at all. my older tv has better colors than this. i dont even want to watch stuff on my tv at this point because im not getting the good quality. not sure if its just this model or what. and yes i have tried changing settings!

Other features like free channels are almost complete like free movies, sports, news, kids channel which my son favorite sometimes can't watch because he's watching, i think i need to buy another one.LOL. And also the the apps included its easy to install. Im very satisfied in all the features of this TV.

screen and picture are amazing! the only issue we have is the remote is so tiny for large fingers! if you hit the wrong button you are exited almost everytime and have to start all over where searching. we recommend a larger remote, or a consile such as ps4. will gladly purchase! please create!

The integration with Xbox has been great which means that i no longer have to use that controller, just the Samsung one. I can also use the TV controller to manage my Samsung home theater system which I was not expecting. Always love Samsung.
