A little difficult to navigate between apps but I believe some of that is my getting used to Samsung's processes. Great indepth settings - color, picture etc...Sound could be better but I believe that it is because the speaker is facing back away from viewer. A nice tv that I would purchase again.

I've had several different brands of tvs and Samsung by far has the best clarity and sound. We now have a Samsung soundbar and subwolfer hooked up. Couldn't be more happier with the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and sound quality of this TV are great, but the selling point is the smart TV/App interface for a non-cable installation. We were able to load all the streaming services we use (and we use quite a few) with ease and can now access practically any content quickly and easily. Of several brands of smart tvs that we have used, this interface is the most comprehensive and reliable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this for Direct TV and Streaming services. Sometimes there are lagging issues, pictures also becomes distorted/blurry. We have always used Samsung products, especially televisions because of quality of pictures. Also currently have model number UN55HU7250F and PN51E450A1FXZA and UN75NU6080F. We prefer the UN55HU7250F over all the others. Wish it was up to date, and not curved. Picture quality is best in our opinion.

I bought my first home late last year and then Santa dropped off my TV and it really completes my living room. Initially I thought it would overwhelm the room but now it's the reason I spend the most time in there.

There is only one downfall with the smart feature where when you turn the TV back on it goes to exactly what you were doing before. Ex would be watching a sporting event and then turn it off, it goes back to the same station that's not the game instead of a Home Screen, same as with playing the playstation. Great TV for the price though!

The only issues I've had are with the Smart TV features and it's remote setup. The Smart TV is not user friendly at all. The way you have to type with it's “suggested next letter” concept is frustrating, and I'd rather a navigable menu as opposed to the in screen menu they offer. It's not a perfect substitute for a fire stick or Apple TV, but it could be with a few changes.

if i were rating this tv solely on pic quality & remote use, i would give 4-5 stars. however, the sole purpose of this purchase was based on the advertised pairing of alexa & samsung to achieve voice command operation. my elderly father is homebound & legally blind. the alexa capabilities stamped all over the box was an exciting enticement over any other brand. i spent hours trying to set up & pair. when i looked at reviews for the smartthings app, the software link to pair samsung & alexa, it was a flood of 1 star reviews of same issue with no tech support resolutions. it was very tough telling my father that the tv he just splurged on will not do what i had explained it would due to technical issues which i couldn't get resolved.

this tv was the perfect upgrade for us. the picture quality is great, we can see so much more detail than our previous 50”. easy to setup, use and manage your streaming applications. we have a samsung soundbar & woofer that it works with seamlessly. among similar tvs of the same size and quality, the price is what sold us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a higher end Samsung in my other home. We just needed a basic tv at my camp. I LOVE the Samsung menu of channels for tv without cable. You really don't need a cable box for anything else. Just cable hookup to stream FUBO(for everything Sports), Netflix and Prime. Perfect setup. I'm giving 4-Stars because, apparently, Samsung TVs and Frontier Communications don't communicate wirelessly. So I needed a cable to go TV to router. No one at Samsung could figure it out so I bought a cable and tried that. Works like a charm!
