It has enhanced my families interest in watching movies together since viewing is so much more enjoyable! Although I do not play video games, I cannot keep our teenager away from it every chance he gets and he has said its because the other TV's in the house dont produce the same quality graphics! I highly recommend this television!
Best TV I've ever had!

Very easy to manage and love the variety of channels they get to offer. I was very excited when I bought it, I've heard so many great things about Samsung TVs and I've never own one till now. I must say I am most likely never going to buy any other TV that's is not Samsung! The colors, visuals, sound and much more that it offers to make sure you get everything you want in a TV is astonishing.

Amazing picture

The features and clarity were so good I bought the 82" same model. Upgraded size of home theater and newer nicer upgrade for living area. Great smart features. Love this model. I have been through a few big screen TVs. Overall best value and quality picture hands down!
Worked Great For About 3 Years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first Samsung flat screen I purchased in 2007 was a workhorse. Not a problem over years of use. In 2018, I decided to upgrade and bought a new 50" Samsung. Worked great until last summer (2021). It started to get dark gray/black banding that moved to different locations across the screen until the banding finally settled on each edge of the screen. So now, I basically have a vertically letterboxed screen. If it's happening on the edges of the screen, I can't see it. How nice. And the thing is, it's not quite to the level of annoying to make me get rid of it, but some day I'll probably release it to the forces of gravity and chuck it from my 23rd floor window. (And if there's an easy fix I don't know about, I'd sure love to know it.) I doubt you'll publish this, but you did ask for a review. So here we are.

First, let's make sure your firmware is up to date. To do so, head to Settings > Support > Software Update. From there, you can easily update if needed. 1. Run a Picture Test on the TV. Navigate to Settings, select Device Care, and then select Self Diagnosis. Select Picture Test, select OK and then view the test. You can choose Yes if the picture looks normal, No if there is a problem with the picture, or Show again to see the image a second time. 2. Determine if lines are appearing during the Picture Test. Look for a lines or screen abnormalities on the screen during the Picture Test. If there are no issues, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing abnormalities. - If the abnormalities still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If abnormalities appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step. 3. Request service if abnormalities appear during the Picture Test. Please visit our Support Center to request service if you see lines during the Picture Test. this is a Great TV

Remote control is really awful - it works fine but keys are so close together you can end up doing something entirely different from intended. Use the smartthing app - much easier to navigate. Television is great, apps work great. love the internet app!
Great TV

I love the Netflix and Amazon buttons on the remote. Also is comes with Samsung tv which has a wide variety of channels. The set up was easy too
This tv has great clarity and features

When my flat screen tv (Different brand) gave me the black screen after only having it for 3 years I decided to switch brands and give Samsung a go. I am 100% happy with this purchase. The amount of apps I can use on the tv makes it so much more accessible. Even the clarity when using the apps does not feel like streaming at all, it feels like I'm watching directly from a cable box. I love that I can turn on my Xbox from the tv. The flow of the tv is even great, I enjoy my product down to the remote. I can surely say I will be staying with Samsung for future tv purchases as well and hopefully other tech products as well.
Good picture, inconsistent results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like a lot about this tv but there are a few things that will probably steer me away from getting the same type of tv in the future. For one, the picture will occasionally flicker Like a strobe light on the screen . The keyboard that appears for searches/logins with the suggested characters that appear make it take twice as long to type as anything I've used (which already is a tedious process to type anything with a remote) I use Hulu to watch tv, but for whatever reason Samsung's app is really buggy. If I use the app on any other device I have no problem, but Samsung's will constantly lag behind and be very choppy. It's not unusual for a lot of the apps on Samsung to be kind of buggy I hate the Samsung tv plus app that always turns on some random channel, there should be a feature to select your default app The general responsiveness of the home button and scrolling through the apps is sluggish and leaves a lot to be desired

Disable Ambient Light Detection, Power Saving Mode, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer. Settings > General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Settings > General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode Settings > General> Eco Solution> Motion Lighting Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer Run Picture Test. When the tested image quality is normal, check the signal of the connected device. Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. The issue with the Apps may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following: 1. Use 5G WiFi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. great picture and good sound

I don't play video games so there are enough inputs for everything. The next model up has more inputs for those who want that feature.
