we notmally love samsung products, but purchasing this tv was a mistake. first, it was very difficult to set up. second, it only has 2 hdmi ports. we were going to simply unplug the switch when we want to use our dvd player, but the tv wants to know what is plugged into the ports and it tajes a bit to set up a new device. third, it always has a glare and appears to be made for a completely dark room. also, (my fault for not checking) it has 4 feet so we cant swivel it to see better from different seats in the room. i wish i had done my research.

My other tv was a different/ cheaper brand but it says not to say other brands in this so I won't but I'll probably not buy another Samsung tv in the future, I like Samsung products but this one was a bit of a letdown

The sales attendant even offered to carry the TV out to my car for me. The TV was easy to mount, allows you to pair with your SmartPhone for easy remote control, and the sound and picture quality in unparalleled. Would definitely refer to a friend.

Amazon prime app already installed Netflix already installed so many other features on the remote alone , I love the guide with the inset TV while surfing for shows to watch I can stream life content also a special section just for gaming , parental controls is my favorite feature keeping unwanted channels from being used by young viewers , the color is sharp and vivid it adjusts to the rooms lighting as to save on electricity that's a plus! The sound is crisp and clear also adjustable to your preference or: more bass less bass I can program my set to turn on or off at specific times of the day or night , also fully mountable and easy to clean or dust I just love my Samsung TV hands down I could never buy any other brand after this product call me spoiled I don't care but Samsung is my product for life , thanks Samsung keep up the good work I am one satisfied customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is great (4k really shows the details) and there are a lot of settings available to adjust the picture and sound to your liking. Has a lot of features, including connectivity to a local network and control from the SmartThings platform. The only dislike is the inability to completely synchronize the audio and video due to not having the option to delay both the audio and the video (audio can be delayed, but when the audio is already behind the video, the video needs to be able to be delayed too).

I sure found it with the Samsung 50" Crystal TV! I don't watch tons of TV, but when I do - mainly on weekends, I want to have an excellent watching experience - and I absolutely get that with the Samsung!

The 4K is really good and you can definitely see the difference if you are playing regular HD channels to 4K channels. Gaming on the TV is really good as well. It does well with the dark and bright light even through fast motion.

This TV is excellent for downloading new apps and enjoying them. It's like having a phone with a bigger screen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, we love the TV! Very clear picture. There are a couple of things that seem they could have done better. Sound varies a great deal between regular cable and streaming services. On regular cable, the sound is quite muted. The other aspect we wish we had were more HDMI ports. On our older TV, we had 3, this TV only provides 2. :(
