Screen goes dark

I purchased the TV in 2020. The picture quality was beautiful. The volume could be better. I am writing this review now because the picture quality is horrible. For the last few months the picture goes dark. As of the last week the screen is completely dark.

So clear I can see future

I had to squint ever so slightly to see my "not samsung" other TV and it would give me headaches. This picture is so clear and crisp I can see the future !!! Phenomenal

HDMI Headaches

i purchased this tv specifically to connect to a laptop computer via hdmi. i have been using it for only about two weeks and have spent hours troubleshooting the hdmi connection. i foolishly passed up another tv brand for samsung because i thought i was getting a higher quality product. if the tv wasn't so difficult to box up and return to the store, i would have returned it within hours of purchasing the tv. since samsung obviously knows that the software is bad, i cannot believe they kept selling this model. i will never purchase another samsung product after this experience.

To connect your TV to a laptop, connect an HDMI cable (with an adapter, if necessary) into your computer, and connect the other end into the desired HDMI IN port on the TV. Make sure the cable is properly attached. Then, use the remote to navigate to Home, and then select Source. From there, select the PC as the video source. To wirelessly connect the TV to your device, read the instructions at PC Screen Sharing (Wireless) in Connection Guide, and then try to connect. Source > Connection Guide > PC > Screen Sharing (Wireless) Confirm that the TV and your PC are connected to the same network. Does not work with Hulu Live tv

This tv does not work with Hulu Live. When viewing Hulu live, the tv constantly freezes and its getting progressively worse. I have gone through all the suggested trouble shooting, but it has not solved the problem. Tech support defaults to suggesting it is a connection or wifi issue, however I have an older tv connected to a hulu express streaming player and have no problems at all.

This product overall is a great experience

Great features and beautiful picture

Beautiful picture, great features and apps, and easy enough to navigate that my 72 year old mother, who is not tech savvy, has no problems. It had been years since we'd upgraded our TV, and we've had such fun discovering all this one has to offer. We're still figuring out some of the features and continue to be amazed! We're a football (soccer) loving family, and watching matches has been so much fun and and we keep saying, "Just look at it! The clarity is phenomenal. I can't get over it." This has definitely enhanced our enjoyment of watching television again. The only draw back, for us, is the sound. It definitely could be louder. We find that we have to really move to the higher end of the volume bar to adequately hear it when watching movies and tv shows. The sound issue would have made me give it that extra star to hit 5 stars.

Great TV, needs better remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I use our TV for gaming and streaming movies and shows. We had been using my old Sony flatscreen for something like ten years, and I thought there was no point in upgrading my screen. When I saw this TV for the price I thought I should at least get a screen with a smaller profile that weighed less. Boy was I surprised at how well this has worked out for us. Because it weighs less than the old TV it puts less stress on my entertainment center and is easier to move around the room when we want to reorganize. The ease of setting it up was incredible as far as connecting our streaming services. The real joy came when I realized how much visual quality I had been losing on my old TV when it came to gaming and movies, though. The colors pop so much better, with greater detail and games on my PS4 look better than ever, I can't wait until I get a PS5 to see even better graphical fidelity out of my games on this TV. My only complaint is that we have a second TV of the same brand, and because of the remote control being the same it winds up controlling both TVs at the same time when clearly we really only want 1 TV being changed (volume, channel, app, etc.) but we've managed a system that sort of works. I just wish it didn't require a workaround at all.
