Great features and easy to use

Love it just slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the clarity of the picture and the options available for the apps. The one thing I do not like so much is how long it takes to transition from screen to screen or to an app. Entirely too long.

Great for our Bedroom

I purchase a Logi Keyboard and mouse combo, and it works fantastic. Samsung has my interest to replace my Sony 65” in the living room, due to the fax that because my Sony is a 2016 model, I can not download the Apple plus app, nor the xfinity app. Please continue your great work with features on your TVs

It is a great smart TV and has amazing 4k picture.

Me and my family also like the smart features in the TV and connecting it to our other Samsung devices. I personally love the picture on the TV. It makes me feel like I'm at a movie theater. Fine TV, but too few HDMI ports, weak sound

Unfortunately, with the thin design, the sound quality is lacking...to the point of needing a soundbar. Then with that, only having two HDMI ports is a bother. Had I paid more attention to that before I bought the set (my fault!), I probably would have chosen a different brand or model.

Love the clarity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn't sure how Samsung free TV worked, initially, but now enjoy having free live TV. I gave it a 4, because I dont like the remote. I would have preferred a voice remote in 2020. The button configuration is crowded and when you have to search, the time delay in the letter input lags.

Disappointed

very disappointed and really angry with samsung. the user interface is very unintuitive-- took ages to find the apps i wanted (sling and spectrum) and it keeps popping up these junk promoted sites like cheddar that can't be removed. i paid for the tv. i should be entitled to set it up with what i want to watch highlighted and not be forced into this promoted content. also very difficult to watch original netflix content which is too dark. (my previous samsung didn't have this issue). tried the suggestions on various sites where other users shared their frustrations and fiddled with the settings. but basically i'll just go back to watching tv on my laptop or even phone.

disappointedbuyer: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try Dynamic Picture Mode, or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update. (1420.0 released on 1/5/21) You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope this helps to improve your picture. Great tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mainly use this TV for streaming because we got rid of cable. I also use for my PS4 playing games. The only thing is when I upgraded from my 65", the remote was different. It took a while for my wife to get use to it. For the price, you can't beat it. I really love this TV. I've installed all my streaming apps and they work great. Will not buy anything but Samsung.
