Gorgeous picture and high quality definition TV!

our brand new 55 inch samsung crystal tv is fantastic. we are very happy with the product. the stand should be in the middle of the set instead of 2 sets of chicken legs. it is a huge inconvenience if you do not have the proper table. that's an additional cost. enjoy!

Less than a month and drops WiFi EVERY DAY!!

we have owned this tv for less than a month and it drops wifi evert day. we have tried all of samsung's troubleshooting diretions and the only one that works is unplugging the tv and plugging it back in. seems like a ridiculous thing to have to do every day for a brand new tv that is supposed to be a smart tv. if youre buying this tv for it's "brain" don't bother!! it's really just a regular tv not a smart one!

A firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since i got the TV for Fathers day, i been having issues. The TV is slow. The color contrast changes randomly. I had to reset it twice to put it back to its original form because turning off the TV does not do anything.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. You may also want to run a diagnostic test. Crystal Clear Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 43 inch Samsung Tizen TV for my RV camper, and it has a crystal clear picture. The smart tv applications load very quickly. I have a 65 inch Samsung in my living room and I like the remote control of that one better. It is the simple remote with the one circle. The remote control that came with the 43 inch has too many buttons, and are too close together. Other than that, I love this television!

In love with it!

Setting it up was easy, I liked how it could be done through an app. Adding my apps was really smooth as well and the quality is amazing.

Great clarity and simple to use

Having the phone mirror effect and also being able to watch Apple TV content without the Apple TV device is a plus in savings. I highly recommend this TV to all. Price point is also a plus. You can't go wrong with Samsung.

The product capabilities is worth the challenge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The step by step set up was a bit challenging but once we paired our Samsung acct. and our Samsung phones with the tv device, it was easy peasy. This smart TV has so many apps already downloaded and the few we wanted downloaded took no time to search and find. Godzilla vs King Kong was our first movie streaming choice on HBO MAX. We took it off standard mode to watch in film making mode. The results for me was ultra clear just like being on the set. I like it's Alexa capabilities built in the system, just give a command without switching channels on the remote, something that takes time of getting use to, especially after having the option of the remote being downloaded on your phone. Overall we couldn't have made a better choice with the Samsung 4k smart tv.

Overall good value, some drawbacks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part, I have enjoyed this tv. I think that the features are quite good for the pricepoint, however, I believe that the few issues I have take away from the experience as a whole. One such example is the lack of a "snappy" feel when navigating the menus. This is not a major issue as it is not slow, per se, just not fast. Something else that is a bigger issue, is the random changing of volume, channel, input, etc that I assume is due to some interference on the same band as the remote, although, I am unsure. I would hate to miss a touchdown due to something like this! I would say that the picture quality is about as good as you are going to get with a set in this price range, and I am pleased with it. Being an avid gamer, the lower input latency and auto-switch to game mode on console inputs is great. I wish the speakers had a bit more depth, especially at higher volumes, as they seem to lose some of their clarity fairly early. Overall, I am happy with this TV and my biggest complaint is that I didn't get a bigger model!

Everything we could have asked for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only ever purchased Samsung TVs, but this one was a major upgrade from the 32” one we bought many years ago. It was the perfect size over the fireplace and everything about it is perfect. The picture is clear and easily adjusted. The options it offers as a SmartTV are exactly what we wanted. I couldn't be happier.
