Great smart things app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the smart things app to power on & off when my dog is home alone. It helps with having piece of mind you know. I also use the mirror to tv from my phone to tv. I really like this cause not everything is on my roku or my menu bar apps. So if i have a movie from phone or pictures or videos from a trip I just mirror it . Its simple & easy. Also I like the 4k upscaling. Sometimes i watch old movies & shows with old quality & it works great bringing the picture to better resolution.

Excellent Smart TV

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Have this large flat TV mounted on the wall. Constantly use chrome cast with it. My kids know it's features better than I do. It's exactly the right size for my space and we enjoy watching movies and TV shows on it.

Works good, most of the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after just a fews months of light use the screen went black from plugging in a thumb drive and required a reset. the manual contained no information on this, but i eventually figured it out. the "home" screen orders the apps its own way, and there are certain apps you can't delete. there's no ability to plug in any other speakers than a system that excepts fibre optics or is bluetooth. also the tv is very slow to react when pressing remote buttons.

Must have as a Samsung consumer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the 75" about a few months back. I'm enjoying the experience I have within the Samsung ecosystem. I have a phone and buds that work perfect with it. The tap n connect feature is so convenient. I would like to see a connection feature like this with my buds, maybe a newer model does. My phone has a constant notification for the remote so I always can control it when stepping away as well. I like the overlay of bringing up the home menu and never missing something I may be watching.

Slow and archaic for a 2020 television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was purchased in March or April of 2020 during the easing of the lockdown. It is extremely slow in response to remote/changing any function. There are only 2 hdmi ports and no Ethernet connection. The only great plus for this set is the picture quality. Excellent, however more settings would have been nice. All in all I think I'll switch back to my 11 year old Sony if I can't exchange this one.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best TVs we have and it's been really good since we got it. The features like the apps (YouTube, Netflix, PrimeVideo, HBOMax, Spotify) is great. It has an amazing 4K viewing experience with great picture detail. The speakers are great with Dolby enabled giving it that extra sound experience, unlike other TVs. I love the remote and it's got some smart keys on it at the click of a button. The USB and HDMI slots at the back are useful if you want to connect to any media devices, gaming consoles, and HD devices. The button at the bottom of the TV is quite useful if you can't find your remote and want to do something on the TV you could use the button. I like how you can connect Bluetooth devices for audio on the TV if you want to connect headphones to listen by yourself. Overall, an excellent product by Samsung again. It ticks all boxes in features, pictures, sound, viewing experience, friendly UI & installation.

I LOVE IT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv. I bought it for my bedroom and it works amazingly!!! This tv is amazing because you can download so many different types of apps! I love that I can also turn it on and off using google assistant and not needing the hub to do so!!!

This product has great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Tv for streaming, gaming, and movies. I really love the Samsung brand, especially TVs, I had a 32" and now bought a 50". Both allowed me to play my personal library of files when I connect a USB device, and the TV supports/plays various formats. This new 50" comes with Samsung channels which I love. What I don't like about this TV is that sometimes it gets laggy and I have to disconnect it from the power source and connect it back in order for it to start working fine again. Also, I've noticed recently when streaming from Disney+ en 4K UHD that the TV is getting too laggy and dropping some frames.

I like the smart features and apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great in the dark, but the screen gets a lot of glare and its very hard to clean. Smudges wont wipe away and only adds scratches. Other than that, the wireless connections are fairly quick and smooth. Samsung tv is a good option if you want free entertainmentm. Connects good to an antenna too.. I fear that this tv was not built to last. Other people I know with this particular model have developed distorted colors and spots that wont go away. The spots appear faded or dimmed and are hardly noticeable, you wont see em until you see them and when you finally do... thats all youll see. Anyways, if you dont really have this tv on 24/7 then it could extend the life of your tv screen. But, if you just turn it on every once in awhile, then this tv could function for a bit longer

Suddenly makes noise and flashes and goes balck

Unfortunately the tv is not working well. It randomly and more often, makes a noise and a flash in the screen. It also goes black or has no volume. The only way to temporary fix it is to unplug and replig back in and also with the pvr. Can't find my receipt so I'm stuck with it I guess.
