I love this tv.

It's crystal clear easy to use and it comes with free install apps that really come in handy When I want to just come home and watch TV. Everything works really easy when trying to connect it with your Samsung phone. My favorite feature about this TV is being able to screen mirror my phone to the TV. Samsung makes it really easy to do that when You already have a Samsung phone. I love Samsung I have the TV the phone to watch I am a Samsung man lol.

Amazing TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has been nothing but amazing. Everytime we have people over they always complement how clear and awesome my tv looks mounted on the wall. We watch alot of sports in 4k and it's always crisp sound and clear visuals. The tv is so big sometimes it feels like we are sitting courtside.. The tv never feels hott to the touch and always loads up apps quickly. I've also used the tv for my xbox series s. The clarity of the tv makes people think the cars on the game are real. Lol. Anyways this was the best purchase ever. If your second guessing or doubting buying this tv, just do it, you won't regret it. The only bad thing I have to say is the majority of the time, the tv is on this...(cocomelon, lol)

Great Smart TV experience

It works great with all of the apps I subscribe to, & I would definitely purchase it again or recommend it to anyone. I have two Samsung TV, & they're both great. I've had no problems at all; I'm completely satisfied. Samsung makes a great TV.

I hate this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung TV the first I still have and I like it but this one I hate. This TV is too dark and will not get any brighter I have all the settings as high as I can and some movies are impossible to watch they are so dark you can't see them. I have read reviews from other owners and they say the same thing the TV is too dark and will be my last Samsung product. By the way I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer and gave them away after only a couple years they were junk also.

Oldgolfer: I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try the different Picture Modes or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope this helps to improve your picture. So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung tv is great as a customer who likes to shop deals and not buy TVs for at least a few years at a time. What I like about my Samsung tv is it's ability to provide It's own channels that my family and can enjoy. On top of its own channels it integrates live Local television with its guide, making it feel like you have your own cable box. My Samsung tv has been also a great experience jumping between streaming apps. My only gripe probably is that not all newer apps are placed right away or maybe some don't make it in to the Samsung App Store. A little extra features I noticed was the ability to customize your background into a slide show of your choosing and a channel for some ambiance of a wood burning fire, beach noiseS and nature sounds. As far as quality only your eyes can judge mine say that looks awesome. Love my tv so far.

43 inch Crystal

Not what was expected from reviews

this tv met my requirement to keep clarity and color when sitting off center. unfortunately, that is where it ends. the sound and video go out of sync for no reason. i am not using a sound bar but rather the tv speakers. this tv also has horrible sound where no matter what you do, the sound rises and falls on the same channel or different channels or different sources. i have done everything possible to get this to stop and it won't. just sitting watching something and it could switch to a commercial and bam, the sound gets loud. i changed and reset the sound settings until i'm blue in the face and nothing has fixed this. don't buy this tv. i am sorry i did.

This product is good

Love the picture and sound

The picture is clear and kind of looks fake, like your in the directors chair. The sound is so loud even on a low setting it helps with being hard of hearing

Software issues

i was so excited to upgrade my tv from an older samsung 55 inch to this new 65 inch uhd model. it works well and the picture is great and it even plays disney plus as the old one did not. however, everyday i have to reset the network settings and then reenter my wifi password or none of the smart hib apps will connect. for some reason it loses the connection to wifi and forgets the password. i try reconnecting butnitnwont until i do a network settings reset. so frustrating.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point.
