Amazing tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this 58” Samsung tv! It's crystal clear for picture and very easy to use. It's not super loud as other TVs, when you turn it all the way up but the sound is nice and clear. It does require internet if you want to mirror you screen which is another downfall. But other then those two things I love the tv. Very little settings which I like. The remote is light and small which I like. The tv is also very lightweight compared to my old Samsung tv. I did have a little trouble mounting it but it's the mount we had. This tv is easy to set up. We use prime video and Disney plus apps. As for gaming we have a ps4 and let me just tell you it makes the games that much more better! Super clear and so lifelike. I highly recommend this tv!

Satisfied customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been the most ip to date TV i have ever owned and the picture is second to none. It looks like you could reach in through a window to whats on the other side. Simply amazing considering I grew up on a 19 in black and white TV.

Was good while it lasted...

i bought it november 2020. now it's jan 2022, this morning the tv screen went black and appears to keep turning on and off. remote controller's not working, nor does the power button. the previous tv we owned from different brand lasted well over 6 or 7 years and it didn't have technical problem when we decided to change tv either. i'm not sure if it's just i'm unlucky with this product or are the smart tvs nowadays all have short lives... but i'm pretty disappointed , as this was our first smart tv and i loved all the functions.

Does everything I need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV does everything I need it to and was a great value, it has all the major streaming apps and the Samsung tv plus experience is a nice bonus. It has a good picture and switching to different sources is super convenient. The only trouble I've had with it is I've noticed that it's not super intuitive for guests so far as switching apps or searching for shows but they usually figure it out pretty quickly.

Nice

i like this television overall. there is a mechanical quality to the picture, it is hard to describe but it's almost like the people's movements are robotic. i think that is a feature with this definition. i am not a fan of it, but it isn't a big deal.

Jackpot Investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredible TV, down to the placement of all the components it's made of. The picture is always accurate and beautiful - no matter where I move it! I was very impressed with how well this TV could keep up with my new gaming console, too. Thanks for helping me paint the vivid colors to stay first in a race, first to see my opponent in a 1v1, but most importantly to experience such bliss!

Love my new Samsung TV!!!

The audio could be just a little bit louder, but it's not bad, and everything else is so great, that you barely notice. Other than that, I would recommend this TV to anyone who was looking. I am actually hoping to get a larger model in the QLED series!

Love my 65 inch Samsung smart tv!

I bought this tv back in December 2021. Best purchase ever! Thought it was going to be too big for my space but not so. Beautiful picture, so clear. Loves it! This tv repalced a smaller Samsung and I do have a 50 inch Samsung in my basement. So that says I love this product. No problems at all.

Great picture, poor connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this tv, at first. The picture is great for the price. But, after a while, it started losing connection to my wifi network. The tv would work, technically, but I would lose all "smart" functions. It would go weeks at a time, refusing to connect to my network; then, I'll turn it on, and it just happens to connect. It's very frustrating, because I really do like this tv.

Kranberie: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Ver 1401.7 is now available. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. Perfect size and picture quality.

We purchased this unit four weeks ago and my wife and I are very pleased with the size and quality of the picture. My wife did not want a huge screen becoming the major focus of this 15 x 20 ft room and this turned out to be the perfect size. Set-up was very super easy and we were watching the unit before the box was out the door. I would definitely recommend this product.
