Love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the clear picture! It's beautiful. I wish all my TVs looked like this. I had a sound bar, but couldn't cinnect to it due to the connection, but either way the sound is great, not sure I need it.

Crystal uhd tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is good for its size and price range I got the 70 in and so far it seems to be pretty good it goes get glare so I had to re position it so the sun does not shine on it and I mainly ya it for things like Netflix so I haven't really push the 4K capability's yet but the image quality seems pretty good and in game mode even better

Great picture quality

i hate the remote control! the number buttons which rarely get used are the most prominent thing on the remote. this leaves very little room for the buttons that get used constantly. the 'play, pause, forward and reverse ' buttons are so small, if i was an older person i'd have to use a magnifying glass to see them. the picture quality is fantastic. it's like you're right there on the live set while watching :) live tech service was very patient and quite helpful. i wouldn't recommend this tv because it's so frustrating because of the remote control. i would recommend it because of the fantastic picture quality.

Love Samsung !

a breeze to set up, and controls on my mobile a plus ! picture is "crystal" clear and sound is great. was able.to set up my bluetooth earbuds in a snap, and now tv asks me if i want to use when i go to streaming apps. i don't think i ever want to buy another tv brand, this is our 3rd samsung tv !

Top shelf features without top shelf price

The thin design is great for wall mounting.

picture gave out in 6 months

i bought a tv in november of 2020...it is now july 2021 and i am unable to enjoy my tv...the picture has gone out and has a black screen. unbelievable that already it has quit. i probably wont waste my time or money on buying another one. i'm going on a month now waiting for parts to be delivered and to be repaired.

Great Picture, Slow Processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm going to skip listing all the items I like, as most everything is great, the picture sound, etc. I will dive into my 3 issues that I have with this TV, and maybe it is just because this is a little lower on the lineup of all their TVs. First The app does not work, I have downloaded it to my phone, and I get nothing - it never connects, and it sucks. I see online from other reviews that this is a pretty standard issue. I'm not running Samsung but if I was I would not have "Download the app" be the first thing when doing the TV setup if the app does not even work. Second the volume response from the remote is way too sensitive, if I hold it for 1 second it goes down by 1, if I hold it for 2 seconds, it goes down by like 15-20 - because of this I have to click it a bunch of times to change the volume, however if the volume button clicks are too close together then it will make a huge jump again. Finally the processor is slow, like really slow. When you turn on the TV and are going to select the app you would like, for example your preferred streaming service - it has a pretty long lag / latency between click, and when it actually moves the selected icon. It is bothersome enough that I have had the correct icon selected, and then when I push the OK button it hops over to the next app and opens that one up.
