I bought two years ago and satisfied with picture & performance. Very disappointed that it won't work with ANY of the 5-6 various earbuds and headphones we have. Sometimes one of us wants to watch that tv while the other needs quiet. Just disappointing. Streaming connectivity very easy, picture acceptable but probably = low price. We needed a tv THAT day so overall not bad.

The only flaw if, if I had to point out a flaw, is that its response rate is a bit slow. There is usually a .5 to 1 second lag after pressing a button on the remote. Other than that, the TV is great in all other categories 9.5/10 for me

first let me say that i love the picture quality which i expect from a samsung tv. what let me way down is the smart operating system. when i turn the tv on there's an annoying menu that pops up and it won't go away unless you hit the back button. it only has 2 hdmi ports which i didn't think much of until i had to plug in my xbox, sound bar, and an unexpected chromecast. way too many buttons on the remote, difficulty navigating options and setting menus... the list goes on. bottom line: it's my fault i didn't look more into the features before purchasing but there are certain things i've come to assume about modern tech, ease of use being one of them.

It will conect to our phones easly, and love the picture when playing on my PS4. This is our 2nd Samsung tv and we will continue to by Samsung tvs until they go out of buisness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv to use in my dorm. It is a great tv, great quality, great sound. I would assume that it is easy to set up normally, however I live on campus at a university. Depending on the type of WiFi that the university has, it could make connecting the tv to WiFi very difficult or impossible. In my own case, I cannot connect my tv to my university WiFi, but instead, have been using it by connecting my tv to my PlayStation, and have been using streaming services and playing games through the PlayStation.

I use it mostly for streaming, which is extremely seamless with the smart TV technology that Samsung has really made me a fan of when it comes to their user experience. I use it for Netflix, Hulu, HBO max, YouTube—name it! I also use it for gaming. Using a Nintendo Switch, as well as a PS5, there is a huge difference in those two consoles not only limited to resolution but I honestly would never even truly notice that difference because of how actually CRYSTAL CLEAR this television is and how it absolutely allows for just the utmost quality in whatever device I'm using or service I'm streaming. I also really love that you can integrate it with your Samsung account and use it with Smart Things. Samsung has really become one of those go-to top tier choices in the world of TV'S, along with all the other fantastic products, they continue to being just honestly the best experiences when it comes to products and smart technology throughout your whole house/life as someone who also has a Samsung Galaxy phone and a galaxy smartwatch. They just never fail to impress. Love it, and absolutely worth every penny. (and the cool thing is, they aren't unreasonable in price by any means! I think I actually got an excellent deal on this TV when I purchased it about a year ago!) Highly recommend any of their TV's, including this one. Lastly, Samsung has truly nailed it when it comes to the smart TV menu/user experience. Best I've seen!

It is always fast at changing services and titles The only issue I have had is seeing what is happening when it is dark on the show. I have tried adjusting all of the settings but it is still too dark. I have had a lot of TV's over the years and despite the issue above it is the best TV I have had so far. The resolution, versatility and overall performance make this the best TV I have owned. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a great picture and much more.

i bought it november 2020. now it's jan 2022, this morning the tv screen went black and appears to keep turning on and off. remote controller's not working, nor does the power button. the previous tv we owned from different brand lasted well over 6 or 7 years and it didn't have technical problem when we decided to change tv either. i'm not sure if it's just i'm unlucky with this product or are the smart tvs nowadays all have short lives... but i'm pretty disappointed , as this was our first smart tv and i loved all the functions.

From the low price, the ease of use, and the feature packed UI, the TU7000 is all around AMAZING. I use almost every feature on the daily and mainly for gaming on my PS5. The 4K Image quality is so vibrant and bright and the sharpness doesn't leave me fiddling with settings to get the perfect setting for crisp, no jagged edged and defined picture it also doesn't have me turning sharpness down to the point its fuzzy and smeared looking it has the spot on in between where every time you use it its still as jaw dropping as it was on day one. If your someone who's on a budget, or someone who all in all just wants a beautiful picture with little to no effort to navigate and someone who wants a top tier feature packed smooth UI in their television then the Samsung TU7000 is that television and will not disappoint!

Movie nights at my place are the best. My friends always compliment my tv. Best purchase I made this year. It was worth every dime. The sound quality is great as well, cinema quality.
