Crystal clear picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Crystal Clear UHD 4K smart tv, is a great product! We found this tv very easy to set up. The tv will actually guide you through the process and even showed which buttons to use on the remote during the set up process! The picture is absolutely stunning, it's so clear! It also provides several streaming apps also! Has a ultra fast processor too! We are so satisfied with the quality of this tv!

Worst Samsung TV I've ever bought

i've purchased several samsung tvs over the years and i've been happy with every one, but this samsung tv is horrible. the response to the remote is painfully slow. push a button and count to 5 before it actually responds. and every time you turn it on, it goes back to a live tv channel, not back to where you left off. it takes a good minute to get back to where you were every freaking time you turn on the tv. this is the last samsung tv i'll buy.

You can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > General > Smart Features When you set Autorun Smart Hub to on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app is automatically run when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off. You may also want to optimize the smart TV performance by running the Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this tip helps. This television is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has a very sleek, minimal design, which I really like. I know that the OLED 8k model is supposed to have more defined colors and a better picture, but this tv cannot be beaten for the money and I honestly do not see how the quality can get any better than this. The Smart-TV features are very easy to control and navigate and have a very nice, up-to-date design. This TV has everything you need and makes at home movie watching or gaming with the family a blast. I'm really glad that I gave this TV a try.

Good picture, not great smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and sound quality are good. What I expected for this kind of TV. However, the software and smart TV features are frustrating. The UI is very slow to respond to input, and the home menu pops up at inconvenient times. Also, this TV does not have component input, and adapters do not work with it. So for example, you cannot connect a Wii to this TV.

Please try these troubleshooting tips, which should help with the issues you are experiencing. First, let's ensure your TV’s firmware is up to date with the latest version, which includes updates to improve lag. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update and then easily update from there if needed. You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care. If your Wii does not have HDMI, to connect your Wii to the Samsung TU7000, you will need a Component to HDMI Converter. When connecting, please make sure you enable Input Signal Plus and Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) on your TV. Anynet+ will control external devices that are connected to your TV with HDMI. Please keep in mind you will not be able to use Anynet+ if this feature is not supported on your receiver. If you need more help with this, please reach out to us, and we can assist you. Good hardware, as always... but terrible software

have a 55" samsung purchased in 2019, software is fine. this 58" in 2020, is extremely obnoxious. don't need tv apps or streaming because the tv is connected to a pc. thus don't want to press guide or exit button twice to get rid of home menu every time. just want a tv tuner and pc monitor. samsung needs to allow disabling some or all "smart" features. reset tv to remove my previous wireless settings, hoping all that junk would then disappear with it. instead the home menu along the bottom 20% of screen is now replaced with terms and conditions banner. and software interprets a single quick click of the remote's arrow button as being pressed multiple times. same behavior on samsung and logitech remote. location of inputs/outputs should be near center. had to reroute system cables.

Great picture quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't ask for better! My crystal UK tv is just what I needed. The picture quality is amazing. Friday nights have turned to movie nights without the need to go to the movie theaters. The screen is wide enough to see every part of smtge show/movie I'm watching. Best of all, the sound quality is better than I expected. There isn't a need to raise the volume too high. The tv also features constant notifications so you won't miss an update. Overall, I'm pleased and happy with the quality and features of my new tv!

Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since i got the TV for Fathers day, i been having issues. The TV is slow. The color contrast changes randomly. I had to reset it twice to put it back to its original form because turning off the TV does not do anything.

Samsung 55" 4K crystal tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part about this TV is not having to plug anything else into it for streaming (i.e. apple tv, fire stick, etc). Apps are accessible via the home menu, and I don't think I have run into having any apps unavailable yet. I took a star off because it doesn't allow me to configure my "most used" apps to be at the start of the app list and I have to scroll around a lot to get to the things I use frequently. Great picture / resolution so far and haven't had any issues.
